In-House Fabrication Support to Reduce Your Part Cost
Metal shears, press brakes, band saws and hydraulic press (up to 100 tons) bring speed and efficiency to work-piece preparation and help us put the finishing touches on your projects. Large capacity CNC controlled 6-Axis Mazak Laser brings efficiency to cutting-out spinning blanks and performing other, more intricate cutting operations.
MIG, TIG and resistance welding support is also available, as is polishing, Alzak & powder coating, painting, anodizing and plating. Our full-service machine shop is equipped with conventional engine lathes, a knee mill with digital readout, a surface grinder and other, miscellaneous equipment to help us build special tooling and maintain our machinery in tip-top shape so your jobs keep moving.
